You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MiniCode cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Users retain full ownership of the code, projects, and assets ("Content") they create or upload to MiniCode.
By posting Content to the Service, you grant MiniCode a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, perform, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (e.g., displaying your project on your profile or in the community gallery).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
